Trainings & Workshops
Over the span of five years, I worked under the Department of Mental Health in training and developing trauma-informed approaches for school personnel and community partners. Through this work, I gained an understanding and passion for helping school and mental health settings in supporting students, families, and teachers dealing with adversity.
I work collaboratively with administrators to create customized staff training and workshops. I also can provide ongoing consultations for school administrators, teachers, and mental health professionals.
In addition to these services, I provide workshops on Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and my experience includes helping develop curriculum for ACT coaching in an intensive outpatient setting.
Depending on your organization’s needs, sessions are provided via telehealth and in-person.
