Groups
As a group facilitator, I strive to create supportive space for developing insight and guidance, and improving well being and relationship abilities.
I have experience running groups in a variety of settings including: intensive outpatient programs, community health agencies, and across all educational level settings (elementary through college).
Past group topics include: mindfulness, self-compassion, reflective parenting, acceptance commitment therapy, healthy relationships, and impulsivity.
Attendance, run times, and the open or closed nature of membership vary by specific offering. Sessions are provided via telehealth or in-person.
