 Individual Therapy

My therapeutic focus is supporting clients in cultivating a kind, curious awareness, so that they feel empowered in healing and changing old patterns, emotional wounds, and overwhelming experiences.

By applying different models that match your challenges, I will support you in developing new coping skills and breaking patterns that are no longer useful.

All services are currently being offered virtually and are HIPAA Compliant.

Payment & Insurance

My fees are set based on my credentials, years of practice and community standards. Please contact me to inquire about fees.

For payments, I accept cash, checks, Venmo transfers and all major credit cards.

Per the 'No Surprises Act' law (effective 1/1/2022), you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” that will attempt to estimate the total cost of non-emergency mental health care. Because therapy is such a personal experience that is tailored and adapted as needed to each individual client and their needs, it is ethically impossible to predict the total cost of treatment. Still, a “Good Faith Estimate” will attempt to estimate total costs and will be reviewed when discussing fees and payment during initial consultations.

I can provide you with a super bill each month for you to submit to insurance for the possibility of partial or full reimbursement.

I encourage all clients to contact their insurance provider directly to inquire about coverage. Below are some of the questions to ask:

1. What is my deductible?

2. How much of my deductible has been met?

3. What will my co-pay or coinsurance be?

4. Does my plan cover telehealth?
