Working Together
I believe in the power of relationships. We pour time, kindness, and attention into our relationships with others, oftentimes skipping over our relationship with our inner world. My therapy practice will help create the space to connect with yourself with care.
Whether you are a young adult finding your way, an adolescent struggling with overwhelming emotions, or a parent in need of support—I will help you cultivate a life where you show up for yourself with courage and compassion.

Mental Health Services
At times, we all struggle to cope with transitions, relationships, anxiety, and depression– it takes courage to take a look inside yourself and make changes. My therapeutic focus is on supporting clients in cultivating a kind, curious awareness, so that they feel empowered in healing old patterns, emotional wounds, and overwhelming experiences.
My approach is grounded in growing clients’ reflective capacity—the ability to reflect on and understand our experiences. With reflective capacity, we gain the ability to transform our actions and relationships by slowing down and observing our thoughts, reactions, and projections in a nonjudgmental way.
Enhancing our reflective capacity improves wellbeing, mental health, and relationships. Across my work as a therapist and trainer, I strive to create a supportive and compassionate environment that promotes this reflective growth within individuals and groups.
